How to request deletion of your data
Sungensis operates WhatsApp messaging on behalf of its client businesses. If you have exchanged WhatsApp messages with a business that uses Sungensis, you can ask us to delete the records we hold about you: your WhatsApp number, message content and delivery statuses.
Send a deletion request
Email amjadk@sungensis.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and include the WhatsApp number involved.
We will acknowledge your request, delete the records we hold within 30 days, and email you once it’s done. Where we act for a client business, we will also let that business know.
Messages already delivered to your phone are stored by WhatsApp and on your device, and you can delete those within WhatsApp.
